In Europe our client competes against the very best and biggest consulting firms. Founded in 2001 they have grown to about 50 consultants*. They have achieved this success by increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the operations of some of the world’s leading manufacturing companies. The US subsidiary is located in the Detroit area and has been largely in support of the US subsidiaries of the European clients. The projects are on CxO level (Board of Directors).

You help to increase the competitiveness of companies and their service providers by offering their know-how in strategic and operational matters. You are responsible for the implementation and coordination of interdisciplinary projects from customers of the manufacturing industry that are of Operational Excellence (OpEx) topic. You work closely with other consulting practices. You are looking for the steep learning curve of a top management consultancy, but you do not want to waste weekends with work? Are you looking for an individual career development through a mentoring program, in addition you appreciate to be perceived as an individual?

Industry experience in the manufacturing industry is imperative. You have gathered good methodological skills (focus on operations & processes) and gained varied experience in the implementation of optimization measures in a well-known industrial company or a management consultancy.
