In Europe, our client competes against the very best and biggest consulting firms. Founded in 2001 they have grown to about 50 consultants*. They have achieved this success by increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the operations of some of the world’s leading manufacturing companies. The US subsidiary is located in the Detroit area and has been largely in support of the US subsidiaries of the European clients. The projects are on a CxO level (Board of Directors). For further business expansion with US clients we are looking for a Sales Director who is interested in becoming a partner and shareholder in the medium term.

Your duties:
You will be responsible for identifying new projects and business areas and you will be able to generate own sales of USD 1 million +. As a project manager you will manage customer projects with responsibility for content, concept and implementation. You will be responsible for the further development and management of permanent consultants (total team approx. 10) and freelancers. You will work closely with the other consulting practices. You have ambitious goals, as does our client!

Your Qualifications:
The "entrepreneur gene" and demonstrably successful acquisition strength are absolutely essential. You have gained extensive experience in the conception of sales processes (sales, service, after sales, marketing) in a well-known consulting company. You bring with you a sustainable network within the manufacturing industry
